Photography
Photography is by far the hobby I have been most passionate about in my life. I first became interested in the art form around 2007. I owned the occasional point and shoot camera before that, but moved to an entry level digital SLR when I decided I was very interested. I have never had any formal training in the art, with the exception of a black and white film photography class I took in college. Like many hobbies I just set out to teach myself as I went along. I don’t have one particular item I like to shoot the most. I enjoy making great images no matter the subject matter. If I had to pick a subject however I do enjoy art and street photography. Until very recently I primarily shot DSLR cameras. I recently wrote a blog post that is a more in depth look at my philosophy of photography. I currently shoot with a Sony NEX-5N body and various Sony E-mount lenses.
